Lately, I’ve noticed a new trend on social media: influencers doing full contour tutorials—specifically for women over 40.

They use different shades to map their face like a paint-by-number. Bright lines down the nose, dabs above the cheek, highlights under the brow to “lift” a hooded eye. A smudge of blush here, a shadow there… It’s a lot to follow!
